I originally bought a used vehicle that developed a serious issue within 48 hours, and I felt frustrated and unsupported in the early stages. But after escalating my concerns, Bill personally took ownership of the situation. I was allowed to exchange the vehicle for a brand-new 2025 Ford Bronco Sport, and on top of that, they included a 5-year/60,000 mile Ford Protect PremiumCARE warranty and a 2-year Ford maintenance plan at no cost. This is one of the most complete resolutions I’ve ever seen a dealership offer, and it restored my trust in the brand. I’m leaving a 5-star review not because things were perfect — but because they owned it, they made it right, and they stood behind their customer all the way. That matters.
